A mobile Currito card is a digital card, which you can use to earn rewards for your purchases. You can also use it to pay for your meals. These cards are saved in your Apple Wallet or Android Pay. If you don’t have an iPhone or Android phone, you can print the card from My Account and use the printed card.
Scan your card at the time of payment and get one point for every dollar spent at the store. You can earn more points by using your card to pay. You earn 2 bonus points for every $10 you load onto your card. You can also set the auto-reload function to ensure that your card always has sufficient cash for payments.
Yes. You just need to enter the recipient’s email and name when purchasing the card.
We will send you an email. Open the email on your phone and click on the link to your mobile store card. You can then add the mobile store card to your phone.
Login to your account and add your credit card to your account. Load money onto your card and you are good to go. You can set auto-reload to ensure that you always have money on your card.
Your rewards are presented under the Reward section of your virtual card. Note that if you earned a $10 reward, this will only be presented under the Reward section of the card and is totally separate from Balance, which is just your card's cash balance.
You can log in to your account and reload your card or you can log in and set auto-reload so that when your balance goes below a threshold, for example $10, it automatically reloads your card with the selected amount.
You can log in to your account and add it to your phone again.
Treat your card as cash. If you feel that people have access to your card number, please contact us as soon as possible.
It’s as easy as registering a Currito Card at www.currito.com.
The reward will be added to your Currito card. Your reward is listed under the LATEST AVAILABLE REWARD section of the card. If the reward is not listed, please read the next question and refresh your card.
Please note that your phone must be connected to the internet to receive the balance or reward updates. If you have an iPhone, go to Apple Wallet, click on the (i) tab in the bottom right corner of the card, and pull down the card to refresh your card. This will update the balance on the card. If you have an android, close your app or Android Pay and try to open it again. This will update the card information.
No. This question only applies to those who use the card to pay. Please note that your reward does not change your card balance. Your Card Balance is the money you have loaded onto your card and your Card Reward is the reward we have given you. So, your Reward and Balance are separate items.
When you are in the store and are ready to pay for a meal, let the cashier know that you’d like to pay with your reward / coupon. They will then scan your coupon.
Yes. Coupons are one time use only so you cannot make partial payments. You can, however, make partial payments with your own cash balance.
Yes. You will have to present your registered Currito card to earn or redeem your rewards at the stores.
Yes. We have implemented SSL encryption technology to encrypt all entered and transferred data including your credit card information. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. We work with one of the world’s leading payment processors that take care of charging your credit card. They only send us confirmation that the credit card has been successfully charged.
If you have lost your card, please email us immediately at currito@virtualnext.com and we will protect any remaining balance on the card at the time we receive your email. We will provide you instructions on how to get back your remaining balance on the card.
Your card gets updated on our servers instantly. It takes up to 24 hours for your card to be updated with the new balance on your phone. To get a faster update, you can manually refresh your mobile card. For instructions on how to refresh a digital card, read next question.
